At AON Supplements, our trouble-free and easy-to-use returns process is designed to keep you moving throughout your day and not waste hours on the phone.
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be opened, worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Returns will not be accepted if the original seal or tag has been cut off.
We do offer exchanges, however, the cost of shipping will be charged to you.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
What if I received a faultily item?
We are sorry that you received a faulty item!
Please contact customer support on this page and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Each refund is taken on a case by case basis. Once our team receives the refund request you will be notified within 3 business days if your request was expected.
